Last evening Life Member Robert L. Lightcap completed his year of serving as President of the Delaware State Fire Police Association during the states annual Fireman's Conference held in Wilmington. Bob "worked his way up through the chairs" of the fire police association and became President last year at the conference. Bob has dedicated his life to serving the communities he has lived in. Bob was also President of the Kent County Fire Police Association. He is a Past President and Past Fire Policeman of the Clayton Fire Company and now lives in Hartly where he serves as a Fire Policeman. During last nights Dinner/Meeting company President Cheryl Hurlock and Past Chief/Vice President Rodney Whalen presented Bob Lightcap with a small gift from the fire company. The Officers and Members of the Clayton Fire Co. would like to congratulate Bob on his successful year as President.
