On Saturday August 14th the Clayton Fire Company hosted the 5th annual running hot 5K to benefit the company. Over 100 runners turned out to run on an August morning that was about as hot as you would want. The fire company would like to that our sponsors, Tri Sports Events for putting the race on, and to the Clayton Volunteers who assist on a very busy day at the station. The company had two functions schedule one in the hall and one in the training room, our annual company picnic, and an alarm. We would also like to thank our fire police officers, Clayton Police Department, the Town of Clayton, and Atlantic Tractor Running Hot will be back in 2022.
