Sunday evening at 7:05pm Station 45 was dispatched for the outside fire at Clayton Delaney Road and Salter Road. Command 45 w/Asst. Chief Robbie Johnson, Brush 45 w/4, Firefighter James Demczak, Squad 45 w/4, Captain Brian Hunter and Rescue 45 w/5, Deputy Chief Jeff Lightcap made the response. Units arrived to find an area of woods on fire on Salter Road north of Clayton Delaney Road. Crews from Brush 45 and Squad 45 placed their booster lines in service to handle the fire.
