RESCUE AND ENGINE ASSIST HARTLY ON SERIOUS ACCIDENT WITH ENTRAPMENT

Thursday morning at 11:24am the station was dispatched to assist Hartly with a serious MVC with a subject trapped.  Rescue 45 w/6, Past Chief Hurlock and Engine E-45 w/4, Chief Alex Carrow arrived to find Hartly units and local EMS crews completeing extrication on one person and doing patient care on both.  Both patients were transported to a local trauma center by Troop34 2 and Trooper 4.  Clayton units cleared the scene a short time later.  Deputy Chief James Read had the Hartly Command.  Photo's courtesy Kevin Wilson.
