Sunday afternoon at 4:59pm the station along with Rescue 44, Ambulance 64, KM6, KM5 and Trooper 4 were dispatched for the auto accident with a vehicle reported overturned with a subject trapped. Command 45, W/ Captain Austin Moorhead, Rescue/Engine 45 w/7, Captain Jonathan Burnett and Squad 45 w/3, Past Chief Jeff Hurlock made the response along with Rescue 44 and EMS units. Units arrived to find a vehicle overturned in a wooded area with the operator still inside. The crew from Rescue/Engine 45 stabilized the vehicle and did a door pop while EMS assets handled patient care. The operator was transported to a local ER for treatment.
