The Clayton Fire Company morns the loss of Life Member W. Donald Kelley, who died on May 11, 2019. Donald joined the Clayton Fire Company in August of 1974 and was made a life member in 1989. Donald was always seen around the firehouse assisting with dinners and other events he was always a mainstay on Friday nights helping with Bingo. Just recently in March Donald was recognized for his 45 years of service to the fire company. Donald was active in the Kent County Volunteerr Firefighter's Association and served on many committees. Donald is survived by his wife Mary who is a life member of hte Clayton ladies and his daughter Valerie as well a grandson. Services at this time have not been finalized.
