Fire departments around the country are mourning the Line of Duty Death of Farmington Fire Rescue Department Fire Captain Michael Bell 68 who was a 30 year veteran of their department. Capt. Bell was killed at the scene of a reported gas leak in the Town of Farmington. In the same explosion 6 other people were seriously injuried including 5 firefighter. One of the seriously injuried firefighters was Capt. Bells own brother Terry Bell who is the Fire Chief.
